Rooms are private, clean and comfortable and are offered at an economical price on the east side of Manhattan. We have 70 rooms with a range of accommodations from which to choose. All of our guest rooms have a sink, cable television, and a refrigerator. We offer rooms with a private bath as well as many with shared bath. Daily housekeeping is provided. Single Shared Bath
A room for one adult, with single bed a vanity sink, refrigerator and a shared shower and bathroom centrally located on each floor. There are three shared facilities per floor, which is adequate to keep guests from waiting in lines. These rooms are very popular with budget-minded travelers who are familiar with this style of room from across the globe. These rooms offer more privacy than a bed in a hostel since you do not share your room with strangers.

Queen Private Bath Nonsmoking
The Private Queen Nonsmoking room can accommodate 1-2 people. Each room has a queen size bed, beautifully appointed private shower and bathroom. In addition these rooms have color cable TV, air conditioning, and a refrigerator. A private bathroom consists of a bathtub/shower, W.C., and a sink. These rooms are nonsmoking only.
