Take Grand Central Parkway East to the Whitestone Expressway to the Whitestone Bridge. After crossing the bridge you will be on the Hutchinson River Parkway (going north). Proceed on the Hutchinson River parkway to the Cross-Westchester Express/Rt. 287 WEST From the Cross Westchester Expressway take Exit 1. Bear right onto Route 119 West. Follow signs for the Van Wyck Expressway. Follow that to the Whitestone Expressway to the Whitestone Bridge. After crossing the Whitestone Bridge, following signs for Hutchinson River Parkway. From the Hutchinson Parkway, exit for the Cross-Westchester Expressway/Rt. 287 WEST. From the Cross-Westchester Expressway take Exit 1. Bear right onto Route 119 West. After the first traffic light, turn right onto Benedict Avenue. At the second light turn left into The Castle property. Continue all the way up to The Castle. Approx. driving time is 45 minutes.

Follow directions for Rt. 78 WEST. From 78 West, take the Garden State parkway NORTH to the New York State Thruway/Route 87 South. Cross the Tappan Zee Bridge.
